Chicken Lollipop || Restaurent Style Chicken Lollipop

 Chicken lollipop is a popular in Indian restaurants. Chicken lollipop is fried chicken winglet, the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance. Restaurant Style Chicken Lollipop made at home from scratch, and all in less than 30 minutes of active cooking time. It is served with sauce and Green chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1egg
  • 2 teaspoon rice flour
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 all purpose Flour (maida)

Directions 

Step1 

Dry chicken lollipops with paper towels.

Step2

Mix soy sauce, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, ketchup, and vegetable oil in a large mixing basin.
 

Step3

Put the chicken lollipops for marination coat. Put it covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Step4 

Combine the all-purpose flour, rice flour, cornflour, cornstarch, egg, and salt in a large mixing basin. Blend the batter until it is smooth and free of lumps.

Step5

Dip the meaty end of the chicken lollipop into the batter  holding bony part, then place it aside on a dish. Repeat this step with the rest of the chicken lollipops.

Step6

Heat vegetable oil in a big saucepan to 180℃. Fry the chicken lollipops  until golden brown.
 

Step7

Put the fried chicken lollipops on a sheet tray lined with paper towels. Serve with chilly sauce and Enjoy.
