Chili Garlic Butter Shrimp is a  spicy tasty recipe. A garlic buttery sauce with a smack of chili will be on your mind for days after. It is ready to serve within 30 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. shrimp cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup banana ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoon sherry cooking wine
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste  

Directions

Step 1

Put Butter in a pan and melt it.

Step 2

 Once the butter melts, continue to heat until hot.

Step 3

 Add the garlic and Cook it  until it turns light brown.

Step 4

 Put in the shrimp and Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5

 Pour-in the sherry. Continue to cook until the liquid completely evaporates.

Step 6

 Add ketchup and Sriracha sauce. Continue to stir fry for about 1 minute.

Step 7

 Put-in the green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8

 Put in serving plate. Serve.
