Ingredients
- 2 lbs. shrimp cleaned
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup banana ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoon sherry cooking wine
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Put Butter in a pan and melt it.
Step 2
Once the butter melts, continue to heat until hot.Step 3
Add the garlic and Cook it until it turns light brown.Step 4
Put in the shrimp and Cook for 2 minutes.Step 5
Pour-in the sherry. Continue to cook until the liquid completely evaporates.Step 6
Add ketchup and Sriracha sauce. Continue to stir fry for about 1 minute.Step 7
Put-in the green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.Step 8
Put in serving plate. Serve.Serve and enjoy!
