 Chicken Tikka Masala a very tasty Creamy Chicken with lot of tomato sauce and spices added. It's slightly spicy and tastes earthy. The chicken has a good flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy sauce.It is a famous dish in Indian restaurants liked by many people.

Ingredients

  • 220 grm (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons salt, or more to taste
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 long skewers
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro 
 

Directions

Step 1


In a bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, 2 teaspoons cumin,Ginger, and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Stir in chicken, cover, and marinate in refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Heat a Grill On High heat Lightly apply oil on the grill grate. Thread chicken onto skewers,  Grill it until juices run clear, grill about 5 minutes on each side.  

Step 3

Add Butter in a Pan and melt butter it over medium heat. Fry garlic and jalapeño pepper for 1 minute. Season with remaining 2 teaspoons cumin, paprika, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in cream and tomato sauce. stir on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. 

Step 4

Add grilled chicken, and Cook on Medium flame for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving plates, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
